We recognize that privacy is of the up most importance, we respect your privacy. Therefore we never share or sell your personal information with any third parties. Any information collected through this site is intended to be used for this transaction only. Your personal information is secured via SSL (Secure Socket Layer) Technology.

Shipping and Delivery

You will receive your purchased software via email containing a hyperlink to the downloadable software. We do not provide the software via DVD, USB or any other physical storage device or hardware. 


Please consider contacting us first before reporting missing software to your credit card company. Commonly, if you don't receive our software directly after purchase it's because the download email accidentally went to your Junk email folder or sometimes your email address was entered incorrectly by mistake)
We recommend that you contact us first if you have any problems using our software, we can fix it for you.

Returns Policy

Rest assured that we will always be fair with your money when buying from us. If you cannot make our software work, and we cannot make it work for you (via our support team) then we will always give a full refund - with these exceptions...   

  • If the software has been downloaded/used, we do not refund just because you do not need the software anymore. Simply installing our software can resolve issues with your software environment.
  • We do not give a refund if our customer support resolves your issues without ultimately using our software, we take the cost of the software as payment for our time. 
  • We do not refund if Autodesk refuses to give you an activation code (serial number is invalid, out of date, sold the software to someone else, or any reason related to Autodesk's licensing rules or regulations whatsoever) - our software did its job and got your AutoCAD running. As a strict policy, we don't touch Autodesk licensing in any way.
  • We do not refund if 3rd party drivers don't work with your AutoCAD anymore. Drivers are low level components that load into AutoCAD and depending on the vendor may no longer be compatible. These include plotter drivers.
NOTE: Our software is sent to you via email using the email address you enter in your order request. The email we send you contains a download link from which you can access your purchased software. Please consider contacting us first before reporting missing software to your credit card company.
